  • 40 Toes-to-Bar
  • 30 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups
  • 20 Ring Muscle-Ups
  • 10 Pistol Squats (each leg)

Equipment: Slam Ball for Pistol Squats
Time Cap: 20 Minutes
