EMOM Gymnastics Barbell

EMOM for 20 minutes:
- 10 Toes-to-Bar
- 8 Handstand Push-ups
- 6 Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups
- 4 Ring Muscle-ups


Barbell: Use a moderate weight for Power Cleans and Front Squats


Instructions: Complete the prescribed reps of each gymnastics movement within the minute, then rest for the remainder of the minute. Rotate through the movements until all 20 minutes are complete. Adjust reps as needed to ensure completion within the minute.
