EMOM Gymnastics GHD Machine

EMOM for 20 minutes:
- 10 GHD Sit-ups
- 8 Toes-to-Bar
- 6 Handstand Push-ups


Notes:
- Perform the specified reps of each movement at the start of every minute for a total of 20 minutes.
- Scale the movements as needed to maintain intensity and form throughout the workout.
