Tabata Gymnastics SkiErg

Tabata Workout:


  • Tabata SkiErg (8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest)
  • Tabata Handstand Push-ups (8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest)
  • Tabata Toes-to-Bar (8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest)

Instructions:
Perform each movement for 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest, alternating between the SkiErg, Handstand Push-ups, and Toes-to-Bar. Rest 1 minute between each Tabata set. Score is total reps completed for each movement.


Equipment:
- SkiErg
- Wall for Handstand Push-ups
- Pull-up Bar for Toes-to-Bar


Notes:
Make sure to scale the movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout. Keep a consistent pace and push yourself during the work intervals.
