EMOM Gymnastics RopeEMOM for 20 minutes:
- Odd minutes: 10 Strict Pull-ups
- Even minutes: 15 Handstand Push-ups
Equipment:
- Rope
- Pull-up bar
- Wall for handstand push-ups
Instructions:
Perform 10 strict pull-ups on the odd minutes and 15 handstand push-ups on the even minutes for a total of 20 minutes. If you are unable to complete the designated reps within the minute, take the following minute as a rest and continue with the next movement. Adjust reps as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
