EMOM Gymnastics BenchEMOM for 20 minutes:
- 5 Strict Handstand Push-ups
- 10 Toes to Bar
- 15 Push-ups
Equipment:
- Bench
Instructions:
Perform the prescribed reps of each movement at the start of every minute for a total of 20 minutes. If you are unable to complete the reps within the minute, rest the next minute and then continue with the workout. Adjust the reps as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
