EMOM Gymnastics Kettlebell

EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • Odd minutes: 10 Kettlebell Swings + 5 Handstand Push-ups
  • Even minutes: 10 Kettlebell Goblet Squats + 5 Toes-to-Bar

Kettlebell Weight: 24/16 kg
Scale options: Scale HSPUs to pike push-ups, and TTB to hanging knee raises if needed.
Notes: Focus on maintaining good form throughout each movement, and aim to complete the reps within the minute to allow for rest before the next round.
