EMOM Gymnastics Kettlebell

EMOM for 20 Minutes:
- Odd Minutes: 10 Toes-to-Bar
- Even Minutes: 10 Handstand Push-ups


Equipment:
- Kettlebell


Instructions:
Complete 10 Toes-to-Bar on the odd minutes and 10 Handstand Push-ups on the even minutes for a total of 20 minutes. Scale the reps as needed to maintain quality movement throughout the workout.
