AMRAP Gymnastics BenchAMRAP in 12 minutes:
- 10 Handstand Push-ups
- 15 Toes-to-Bar
- 20 Alternating Pistols

- Bench for scaling options
Instructions:
- Scale the handstand push-ups with pike push-ups or seated dumbbell presses.
- Scale the toes-to-bar with hanging knee raises or V-ups.
- Scale the pistols with box pistols or lunges.
- Aim to keep a steady pace throughout the workout and focus on quality movement.
