EMOM Gymnastics GHD Machine

EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • 10 GHD Sit-ups
  • 10 Handstand Push-ups

Instructions:
Perform 10 GHD Sit-ups and 10 Handstand Push-ups at the start of every minute for a total of 20 minutes. Scale the handstand push-ups as needed to ensure proper form and safety. Rest for the remainder of each minute if you finish the reps before the next minute begins.
