AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Handstand Push-ups
  • 15 Toes-to-Bar
  • 20 Alternating Pistols
  • 25 Double-Unders

Equipment:
- Slam Ball (optional for Pistols modification)


Notes:
- Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
- Focus on maintaining good form and breathing throughout each movement to maximize efficiency.
