Tabata Gymnastics SkiErgTabata:
- SkiErg (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off) x 8 rounds
- Handstand Push-ups (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off) x 8 rounds
Instructions:
Perform 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds on the SkiErg and then switch to Handstand Push-ups for another 8 rounds. Focus on maintaining good form and intensity throughout each interval. Scale the movements as needed to maintain proper technique and intensity.
