EMOM Gymnastics BoxEMOM for 20 minutes:
- Odd minutes: 10 Handstand Push-ups
- Even minutes: 15 Toes-to-Bar
Instructions:
- Perform 10 handstand push-ups at the start of each odd minute and 15 toes-to-bar at the start of each even minute.
- If unable to complete the designated reps within the minute, rest the remaining time and continue with the next movement on the following minute.
- Scale handstand push-ups to pike push-ups or dumbbell shoulder presses, and scale toes-to-bar to hanging knee raises if needed.
