EMOM Gymnastics Kettlebell

EMOM for 20 minutes:
- Odd Minutes: 10 Toes-to-Bar
- Even Minutes: 15 Kettlebell Swings


Equipment:
- Kettlebell weight: 24/16 kg


Instructions:
Complete 10 toes-to-bar on the odd minutes, followed by 15 kettlebell swings on the even minutes for a total of 20 minutes. Focus on maintaining good form throughout each movement and try to keep a consistent pace throughout the workout. Adjust the reps as needed to maintain intensity and challenge yourself.
