EMOM Gymnastics Wall Ball

EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • 10 Wall Balls
  • 5 Toes-to-Bar

Equipment:
- Wall Ball


Instructions:
Perform 10 wall balls and 5 toes-to-bar at the start of every minute for 20 minutes. Focus on maintaining good form and consistent reps throughout the workout. Adjust the number of reps if needed to maintain intensity.
