Tabata Gymnastics DumbbellTabata:
- 8 rounds of:
- Handstand Push-ups
- Toes-to-Bar
Equipment:
- Dumbbell
Instructions:
Perform 20 seconds of max effort Handstand Push-ups, followed by 10 seconds of rest. Then, immediately perform 20 seconds of max effort Toes-to-Bar, followed by 10 seconds of rest. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Keep track of total reps for each movement.
Notes:
Scale the movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the Tabata. Focus on quality reps over speed.
