Tabata Gymnastics SkiErg

Tabata:


  • SkiErg (20 seconds on, 10 seconds rest, for 8 rounds)
  • Handstand Push-ups (20 seconds on, 10 seconds rest, for 8 rounds)

Instructions:
Perform as many reps as possible during the 20-second work intervals, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next round. Alternate between the SkiErg and Handstand Push-ups for a total of 16 rounds.


Notes:
Make sure to scale the Handstand Push-ups as needed to maintain proper form and avoid injury. This workout is designed to challenge both your cardiovascular endurance on the SkiErg and your upper body strength with the gymnastics movement.
