EMOM Gymnastics Kettlebell

EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • 5 Kettlebell Swings
  • 5 Handstand Push-ups

Equipment:
- Kettlebell
- Wall for Handstand Push-ups


Instructions:
- Start each minute with 5 kettlebell swings, then move to the wall for 5 handstand push-ups.
- If unable to perform handstand push-ups, scale to pike push-ups or push-ups.
- Focus on maintaining good form throughout the workout.
- Adjust reps as needed to maintain intensity.
