EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • 10 Toes-to-Bar
  • 15/12 Calorie Bike

Notes:
- Complete the 10 Toes-to-Bar at the start of each minute, then hop on the stationary bike and pedal for the remaining time until the next minute starts.
- Scale the number of Toes-to-Bar as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
- Aim to keep a steady pace on the bike to maximize work/rest ratio.
