Tabata Gymnastics SkiErgTabata:
- SkiErg (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off for 8 rounds)
- Handstand Push-ups (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off for 8 rounds)
Instructions: Perform 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds on the SkiErg and then move immediately to the Handstand Push-ups for another 8 rounds. Score is total reps completed for each movement. Make sure to scale the Handstand Push-ups as needed to maintain good form throughout the workout.
