Tabata Workout:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each movement
  • SkiErg
  • Handstand Push-ups
  • Toes-to-Bar
  • Burpees

Instructions:
- Complete 8 rounds of Tabata (20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest) for each movement, moving from the SkiErg to Handstand Push-ups, Toes-to-Bar, and finishing with Burpees.
- Score is the total number of reps completed across all movements.
- Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
