- 15/12 Calorie Row
Instructions:
- Complete 10 Toes-to-Bar at the start of each minute, followed by 15/12 Calorie Row.
- Rest for the remainder of the minute before starting the next round.
- Scale the number of Toes-to-Bar as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
