EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • 10 Toes-to-Bar
  • 15 Box Jumps
  • 200m Row

Instructions:
Perform the designated reps of toes-to-bar and box jumps within each minute, then row 200m. Rest for the remainder of the minute before starting the next round. Keep a steady pace throughout to maintain consistency.
