Tabata Gymnastics Slam Ball

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of Max Reps Handstand Push-ups
    • 10 seconds of Rest

Equipment:
- Slam Ball


Instructions:
Perform as many handstand push-ups as possible in the 20-second work intervals, then rest for 10 seconds before starting the next round. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Adjust the movement difficulty or scale as needed to maintain intensity throughout the Tabata.
