EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • Odd Minutes: 10 Kettlebell Swings (24/16 kg)
  • Even Minutes: 10 Handstand Push-ups

Notes:
- Start each minute with the designated movement and complete the required reps within the minute before moving on to the next movement.
- Scale the Handstand Push-ups to Pike Push-ups or Hand-Release Push-ups if needed.
- Focus on maintaining good form and consistency throughout the workout.
