AMRAP Gymnastics Peg Board

AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Handstand Push-ups
  • 15 Toes-to-Bar
  • 20 Box Jumps
  • 1 Peg Board Ascent

Notes:
- Scale handstand push-ups to pike push-ups or seated dumbbell press if needed.
- Scale toes-to-bar to hanging knee raises if necessary.
- Choose a box height that challenges you but allows for quick reps.
- If no peg board is available, substitute with 5 rope climbs or 10 strict pull-ups.
