Tabata:
- 8 rounds of:
- 20 seconds of Handstand Push-ups
- 10 seconds of rest

Instructions:
Perform as many handstand push-ups as possible in 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Focus on maintaining proper form and control throughout the entire workout. Adjust the difficulty by scaling the movement or using an elevated surface if needed.
