Instructions:
- Perform as many handstand push-ups as possible in 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before starting the next round.
- Score is total number of handstand push-ups completed across all 8 rounds.
- Scale handstand push-ups as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
