Tabata Gymnastics KettlebellTabata:
- 8 rounds of:
- 20 seconds of Handstand Push-ups
- 10 seconds of rest
Equipment:
- Kettlebell for warm-up and cooldown
Instructions:
Perform as many handstand push-ups as possible in the 20-second work interval, then rest for 10 seconds. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Modify the movement as needed by scaling the handstand push-ups to handstand hold, pike push-ups, or seated dumbbell press. Keep track of your total reps for each round and try to maintain or improve throughout the workout.
