AMRAP Gymnastics SkiErgAMRAP in 15 minutes:
- 10 Handstand Push-ups
- 15 Toes-to-Bar
- 20 Box Jumps (24/20)
- 250m SkiErg
Instructions:
- Perform as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes.
- Scale handstand push-ups to pike push-ups or seated dumbbell press if needed.
- Scale toes-to-bar to knee raises if necessary.
- Choose a box height that allows for quick, consistent reps.
- Push the pace on the SkiErg to keep the intensity high throughout the workout.
