- Odd Minutes: 10 Toes-to-Bar
- Even Minutes: 10 Handstand Push-ups

Notes:
Perform 10 Toes-to-Bar on the odd minutes, then rest for the remainder of the minute. On the even minutes, complete 10 Handstand Push-ups and rest for the remainder of the minute. Repeat for a total of 20 minutes. Adjust the reps as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
