EMOM Gymnastics Assault Bike

EMOM for 20 minutes:
- Odd Minutes: 15 Toes-to-Bar
- Even Minutes: 15 Handstand Push-ups


Instructions:
Complete 15 Toes-to-Bar at the start of each odd minute, then rest for the remainder of the minute. On the even minutes, complete 15 Handstand Push-ups and rest for the remainder of the minute. Repeat this pattern for a total of 20 minutes. Adjust the reps as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
