EMOM Gymnastics SkiErgEMOM for 20 Minutes:
- Odd Minutes: 10 Toes-to-Bar
- Even Minutes: 15/12 Calorie SkiErg
Instructions: Perform 10 Toes-to-Bar at the start of each odd minute and complete 15/12 calories on the SkiErg at the start of each even minute. Rest for the remainder of each minute. Repeat for a total of 20 minutes. Adjust reps/calories as needed to maintain intensity.
