EMOM Gymnastics Barbell

EMOM for 20 minutes:
- 5 Handstand Push-ups
- 10 Toes-to-Bar
- 15 Air Squats


Notes:
- Use a barbell for the air squats to add an extra challenge.
- Scale the handstand push-ups to pike push-ups or push-ups as needed.
- Scale the toes-to-bar to knees-to-chest or hanging knee raises if necessary.
