AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 15 Handstand Push-ups
  • 20 Toes-to-Bar
  • 25 Dumbbell Thrusters

Equipment:
- Dumbbells


Instructions:
Perform as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of 15 handstand push-ups, 20 toes-to-bar, and 25 dumbbell thrusters. Scale the movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
