AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Handstand Push-ups
  • 15 Toes-to-Bar
  • 20 Medicine Ball Cleans

Medicine Ball: 20/14 lbs


Instructions: Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes. Scale handstand push-ups to pike push-ups or seated dumbbell presses if needed. Scale toes-to-bar to hanging knee raises if necessary. Keep a steady pace and focus on maintaining good form throughout the workout.
