EMOM Gymnastics GHD Machine

EMOM for 15 minutes:
- 10 GHD Sit-ups
- 8 Handstand Push-ups


Instructions:
Perform 10 GHD Sit-ups and 8 Handstand Push-ups every minute on the minute for a total of 15 minutes. Scale the movements as needed to maintain proper form and intensity throughout the workout.
