EMOM Gymnastics Stationary Bike

EMOM for 20 minutes:
- Odd minutes: 15/12 Calorie Bike
- Even minutes: 10 Handstand Push-ups


Notes:
- Scale handstand push-ups to pike push-ups or seated dumbbell press if needed.
- Aim to complete the bike calories and handstand push-ups within 45 seconds to allow for rest before the next minute.
