  • 10 Handstand Push-ups
  • 15 Kettlebell Swings
  • 20 Sit-ups
  • 25 Double-unders

Kettlebell Weight: 24/16 kg


Notes: Scale handstand push-ups to pike push-ups or hand-release push-ups if needed. Focus on maintaining good form throughout the workout and pace yourself to keep moving for the entire 15 minutes.
