EMOM Gymnastics Dumbbell

EMOM x 20:
- Odd Minutes: 10 Handstand Push-ups
- Even Minutes: 15 Dumbbell Snatches (50/35 lbs)


Instructions:
- Perform 10 handstand push-ups at the start of each odd minute and 15 dumbbell snatches at the start of each even minute.
- The workout is complete once you have completed all reps within the 20 minutes.
- Scale handstand push-ups to pike push-ups or seated dumbbell presses as needed.
- Choose a challenging weight for the dumbbell snatches that allows you to maintain good form throughout the workout.
