  • 50 Toes-to-Bar
  • 40 Handstand Push-ups
  • 30 Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups
  • 20 Ring Muscle-ups
  • 10 Handstand Walks (10 feet each)

Medicine Ball: 20/14 lbs
Time Cap: 20 Minutes.
