  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of max effort SkiErg
    • 10 seconds rest

Gymnastics:
- 8 rounds of:
- 20 seconds of max effort Handstand Push-ups
- 10 seconds rest


Instructions:
Perform the SkiErg and Handstand Push-ups alternating between each movement for 8 rounds each. Score is total reps completed for both movements combined. Rest 1 minute between the SkiErg and Handstand Push-up portions of the workout. Adjust the difficulty of the Handstand Push-ups as needed to maintain intensity throughout the Tabata intervals.
