Tabata Gymnastics Bench

Tabata:


  • Bench Press
  • Toes-to-Bar

Instructions:
Perform 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for each movement. Alternate between Bench Press and Toes-to-Bar. Score is total reps completed for both movements combined. Rest 1 minute between movements.


Equipment:
- Bench
- Pull-up bar for Toes-to-Bar


Notes:
Choose a weight for the Bench Press that allows for consistent movement throughout the Tabata intervals. Scale the Toes-to-Bar to Hanging Knee Raises if needed. Focus on maintaining good form and breathing throughout the workout.
