Tabata Gymnastics Assault Bike

Tabata:


  • Assault Bike
  • Handstand Push-ups

Instructions:
Perform 20 seconds of max effort on the Assault Bike followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds. Then, immediately transition to 20 seconds of Handstand Push-ups followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds. Repeat for a total of 16 rounds. Score is total calories on the Assault Bike and total reps of Handstand Push-ups.

- Assault Bike
- Wall for Handstand Push-ups


Notes:
Scale Handstand Push-ups to Pike Push-ups or Push-ups as needed. Adjust Assault Bike resistance to ensure consistent effort throughout the workout.
