EMOM Gymnastics Kettlebell

EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • Odd Minutes: 10 Kettlebell Swings + 5 Handstand Push-ups
  • Even Minutes: 10 Toes-to-Bar

Kettlebell Weight: #53 / #35


Instructions: Athletes will perform the prescribed movements within each minute, alternating between kettlebell swings and handstand push-ups on odd minutes, and toes-to-bar on even minutes. Scale the movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
