EMOM Gymnastics Dumbbell

EMOM for 20 Minutes:
- Odd Minutes: 10 Dumbbell Snatches (50/35 lbs)
- Even Minutes: 10 Toes to Bar


Notes:
- Alternate between the dumbbell snatches and toes to bar each minute.
- Scale the weight of the dumbbell and modify the toes to bar as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
