EMOM Gymnastics Kettlebell

EMOM for 20 minutes:
- Odd minutes: 10 Toes-to-Bar
- Even minutes: 15 Kettlebell Swings


Equipment:
- Kettlebell


Instructions:
Perform 10 Toes-to-Bar at the start of each odd minute, and 15 Kettlebell Swings at the start of each even minute. Repeat for a total of 20 minutes. Adjust the reps as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
