EMOM Gymnastics Assault Bike

EMOM for 20 minutes:
- Minute 1: 10 Toes-to-Bar
- Minute 2: 15 Handstand Push-ups
- Minute 3: 20 Alternating Pistols
- Minute 4: 15 Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups


Notes:
- This workout focuses on gymnastics movements, so make sure to scale accordingly to maintain intensity throughout the EMOM.
- For Toes-to-Bar, scale to Knees-to-Elbows or Hanging Leg Raises if needed.
- Handstand Push-ups can be scaled to Pike Push-ups or Hand Release Push-ups.
- If Pistols are challenging, scale to Lunges or Air Squats.
- Scale Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups to Chin-over-Bar Pull-ups or Ring Rows if necessary.
