Tabata Gymnastics DumbbellTabata:
- Dumbbell Snatches (alternating arms) for 20 seconds, rest 10 seconds
- Handstand Push-ups for 20 seconds, rest 10 seconds
- Dumbbell Lunges for 20 seconds, rest 10 seconds
- Toes-to-Bar for 20 seconds, rest 10 seconds
Score: Total reps completed across all movements.
Notes: Perform each movement for 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest. Keep track of your reps for each movement and sum them up at the end for your total score. Adjust weights and movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the Tabata.
