Tabata Gymnastics Barbell

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of Pull-Ups
    • 10 seconds of rest

Equipment:
- Barbell


Instructions: Perform as many pull-ups as possible in each 20-second work interval, then rest for 10 seconds before beginning the next round. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds.


Notes: Scale the pull-up variation as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
